Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Civil Billing v2 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Civil Billing v2 is a web-based application that integrates with QuickBooks Online to provide progress billing reports and analytics for civil engineering projects. The Service includes:

  • QuickBooks Online OAuth integration
  • Project data synchronization
  • Progress billing calculations and reports
  • CSV export functionality

User Accounts and Authorization

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid QuickBooks Online account
  • Authorize our application to access your QuickBooks data
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code

Data and Privacy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Civil Billing v2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
